Introduction
Our 11-day tour offers a comprehensive overview of a century of events in this region with special focus on the Second World War, especially the Holocaust. The tour presents the ideology and power struggle of the Nazi state and explores the inner workings of the concentration camp system through visits to different types of camps, namely Dachau, Mauthausen and Auschwitz-Birkenau. Beautiful historic cities of Central Europe give insight into the life of the European Jewry during the pre-war years as well as their suffering during the war.
